- The Customer Loop («دائرة العميل»): The path that turns a visitor into a returning customer: they scan, leave their number with consent, are saved in the company’s ledger, and receive an offer from its number.
- The Custody Card («بطاقة العهدة»): The employee’s card belongs to the company: its identity is locked, its edits are approved, it stops the day the employee leaves, and their customers stay with the company.
- Customer Custody («حِفظ العميل»): The principle: every number collected by a door, a card or an employee is kept by the business, with its record of consent.
- The Customer Ledger («دفتر العملاء»): The company’s contact list: import, groups, the source of every number, and consent. Not to be confused with the public AurCard Directory.
- Company WhatsApp («واتساب المنشأة»): Campaigns, the shared inbox and the auto-reply, from the company number the customer already knows.
- Permission Messaging («رسالة بإذن»): Sent only to those who agreed; an opt-out is kept for good; the record belongs to each company separately.
