Billing questions
Is there a free version or a free trial?
No. AurCard plans are paid, and each carries a money-back guarantee within 14 days of the first payment when the service has not been substantially used. Your subscription activates the moment you pay, so you try it on your real business and its real page, not on a demo copy.
How do I ask for a refund?
Write to support within fourteen days of the first payment, from your dashboard or the contact page. The payment is refunded when the service has not been substantially used, as the terms say.
Do prices include VAT, and do I get an invoice?
In Saudi Arabia, yes: every price on the pricing page is in Saudi riyals and includes VAT; outside Saudi Arabia, prices are shown and paid in US dollars. The subscription is yearly, paid once a year. An invoice arrives after every payment and is also under Settings → Billing. Pay with mada, Apple Pay and credit cards through a Saudi payment gateway.
What does the smart sticker cost, and how do I get it?
The smart sticker is an NFC tag and QR code in your business identity, placed on your door or window so a tap or a scan opens your page. It costs 74.75 SAR including VAT, paid once, not every year. Order it from your dashboard after you subscribe; it is shipped, printed in your shop’s identity, to the business address in your account.
I need more staff or branches than my plan includes — what then?
You add them from your dashboard without changing plan: an extra team member at 179 SAR a year, an extra branch at 299 SAR a year. Every add-on and its price sits beside the number it raises in the comparison table on the pricing page.
How do I cancel?
From Settings → Billing, with no call needed. Turn off automatic renewal and your subscription keeps working until the end of the year you paid for, and nothing more is charged.
