How does a customer open my page? Do they need an app?

They need nothing. They point their phone camera at a QR code on your storefront or card, or hold the phone near the NFC smart sticker, and your page opens in the browser in their phone’s language. They see services, prices, hours and location, and press one button to call, WhatsApp or book. The code is printed once; what it opens, you change whenever you like.

Does it fit my line of business?

The page is built by line of business: a restaurant gets a menu and booking, a clinic gets appointments and specialties, a law firm gets practice areas, a shop gets a catalogue, a workshop gets services and prices, an association gets services and visiting hours. You pick your activity from more than nine hundred at sign-up, your page comes with the blocks your field needs, and you edit it as you like.

How do I collect customer numbers?

Everyone who scans your shop code or an employee card is politely asked for a name and mobile number after a few seconds, once, with an offers box that is not pre-ticked. They get an instant welcome in your company’s name — on WhatsApp when your company number is linked (on every plan), or by SMS under your sender name if you switch it on — and are stored in the company directory with who collected them, from which branch and which code — so you know in numbers which branch and which employee bring customers. You can also import contacts from iPhone, Android or Excel, reviewed before saving.

How do I message customers on WhatsApp, and from which number?

Accepted Answer

From your own company number. You link it by scanning a code from “Linked devices” in WhatsApp on your phone — the way WhatsApp Web works — and the dashboard becomes a linked device. You pick a group from your directory, write your message in the customer’s language, and it goes out one by one at a human pace, only to those who agreed, under daily limits that protect your number. Replies land in one inbox in the dashboard, get assigned to an employee, and are answered from there.

What happens when a customer writes outside working hours?

The auto-reply answers at once from your company number: a welcome in your name, your hours and exactly when you are back (“back Sunday at 9”), and a menu to choose from — the location on the map, contact details, services, products, or “I need help”, at which point the conversation opens with the employee you chose and the auto-reply stays quiet on that number for a period you set. You write the words, and choose whether it works outside hours only or always.

Are messages sent with the customer’s consent? What about data protection law?

Marketing messages reach only people whose consent is on record: a “yes” on WhatsApp, a box on the capture form, or a manual record with its source, date and the name of who recorded it. Every message carries “reply STOP to opt out”, and the word takes effect at once and for good. Consent is to your business alone and never shared with another, and deleting a customer’s data at their request is a recorded path. These tools help your business comply with the Personal Data Protection Law — compliance itself is your decision and conduct.

Can my company’s WhatsApp number get banned?

WhatsApp restricts any number that sends unwanted messages, from any tool. That is why AurCard sends only to people who agreed, enforces a daily cap that grows with the number’s age and gaps between messages, never sends at night, and pauses a campaign automatically if sends keep failing or the opt-out rate rises. The auto-reply, in turn, goes quiet whenever a person replies and stops itself if messages repeat. Responsibility for the content and the numbers stays with the company; we give you everything that makes it an easy responsibility.

I have employees and branches — how are they managed?

With a real structure: company → branches → departments → employees. Each branch has a page, a pin, hours and its own code, and a manager who sees only their branch. Each employee has a card in the company identity — logo, colours and company details locked on it — fills in what is theirs, and their edit is approved before publishing. The day they leave, one click stops their card and ends their access, and the numbers they collected stay in the company directory.

Do I need to translate my page into every language?

Accepted Answer

No. You write once in your language, and your page — name, bio, services, products, hours — is translated automatically into more than one language and opens for the visitor in their phone’s language without them hunting for a button. Any translation you do not like, you correct by hand and it stays corrected. And when you message customers in more than one language, each gets the message in their own.

What does it cost, and how do I pay?

Business Basic is 549 SAR a year (about 46 SAR a month) and Business Pro is 899 SAR a year (about 75 SAR a month) — one yearly subscription, in Saudi riyals including VAT in Saudi Arabia and in US dollars outside it, with each plan in detail on the pricing page. Pay with mada, Apple Pay and credit cards through a secure Saudi payment gateway, and an invoice arrives after every payment. Activation is instant, and cancellation is in the settings at any time without a call. Add-ons — an employee, a branch, storage — are bought when needed, not upfront, and every language is included in the plan.

How is AurCard different from an ordinary digital card or a bio link?

An ordinary card introduces a person and stops there. AurCard introduces a business and finishes the journey: the visitor sees the page, leaves a number, is welcomed, is answered after closing, receives an offer from your number with consent, and is replied to from one inbox — with every employee and branch part of the same picture. One subscription instead of a website, cards, a booking tool, a messaging tool and a customer directory.

Does AurCard replace a company website?

For most businesses, yes: the company page in AurCard is its website — a permanent link the customer opens from the door, the card and WhatsApp, with sections shaped by your activity (services, menu, portfolio, hours, branches, booking), edited on the page itself with no developer. If your business is an online shop that sells and ships, you will need a store platform beside it; AurCard presents your business and brings the customer to you.

What happens to customer numbers when an employee leaves?

They stay with the company. Every number an employee’s card collected is kept in the company’s customer ledger with its source and consent record, not on the employee’s phone. The day they leave, one click stops their card and ends their access, and their customers remain the business’s customers.

Can I try it before paying?

Every plan is paid; instead of a trial, each subscription carries a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of payment: you build your page and really use it, and if it does not suit you, you get the amount back. Before that, you can open real businesses’ pages from the home page to see the result.

Do I need the WhatsApp Business API or approved templates?

No. Company WhatsApp works with your current company number as it is, regular or Business: you link it by scanning a code from “Linked devices” in WhatsApp, the way you link WhatsApp Web, and you write your messages with no templates. It sends only to people who agreed, with daily limits that protect the number, and it is included in both Business Basic and Business Pro.

How much is the smart sticker and how do I get it?

The NFC smart sticker is 74.75 SAR including VAT, paid once. You order it from the dashboard after subscribing, it is shipped, printed in your shop’s identity, to your business address, and it opens your business page for as long as the subscription is active.

Does the sticker work with every phone?

Accepted Answer

It works with most recent phones: on iPhone XS and later and on most Android phones a tap is enough, while iPhone 7 to X read it through the NFC reader in Control Center. For a phone without NFC, put your page’s QR code beside the sticker and any phone camera opens it.

How do I create my first card?

Accepted Answer

Sign in, open the dashboard and choose "Create card". Pick a template, add your details and links, then publish. The card is immediately shareable by link or QR code.

Does anyone need an app to view my card?

Accepted Answer

No. Your card is a web page that opens in any browser. Whoever receives it needs no app and no account — they open the link or scan the code and see your details.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Dashboard → Subscription → Cancel. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing is charged afterwards.

How do I turn off automatic renewal?

Account settings → Billing → switch off automatic renewal. You can also remove the saved card entirely from the same page.

Do you store my card details?

Accepted Answer

No. Card numbers are handled by licensed payment gateways and never reach our servers. We keep only the last four digits and the card scheme so we can show you which card is on file.

How do I add a staff member?

Dashboard → Company → Members → Invite. They receive an email invitation and join the team. If your plan is full you can buy an extra team member add-on.

What is the smart NFC sticker?

A sticker for your table or shopfront that opens your page with a tap of a phone, no app needed. It is ordered from the dashboard once you are on a company plan — a one-off 74.75 SAR including VAT — and arrives printed.

On the sign-in page choose "Forgot password" and enter your email. You will receive a reset link valid for one hour.
