1. The service

AurCard is a platform for creating digital business cards and profile pages for individuals and businesses, shareable by link, QR code, and NFC.

2. Your account

You must be eighteen or over and provide accurate details. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.

Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Displayed prices include VAT. Subscriptions are paid in advance, monthly or annually as you choose.

With automatic renewal enabled, the subscription is charged at the start of each cycle until you cancel. You may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the cycle you have paid for.

Prices may be shown in Saudi riyals or US dollars depending on your location.

4. Refunds

You may request a refund within fourteen days of your first payment if you have not made substantial use of the service.

Subsequent renewals, consumed subscription periods, and physical products already shipped are not refundable.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform for anything unlawful, impersonate others, publish misleading, abusive, or infringing content, attempt to breach or disrupt the platform, or send unsolicited messages.

We may suspend any account in breach without prior notice.

6. Content you publish

You keep ownership of what you publish, and grant us a limited licence to display and store it solely to operate the service.

You confirm you have the right to publish what you upload and accept responsibility for any claim arising from it.

7. Our intellectual property

The AurCard name, logo, design, and software belong to Aurages. They may not be copied or reused without written permission.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the platform available at all times, without guaranteeing uninterrupted service. We may carry out scheduled maintenance and will give notice where practical.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or data loss arising from causes outside our control.

In any event our total liability will not exceed what you paid in the preceding twelve months.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend the service for breach of these terms or non-payment.

On termination your cards stop working and your data is removed in line with the privacy policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms and will notify you of material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the platform afterwards constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
