Questions before you choose
I own a small shop — do I take the individual plan or the shop plan?
Take the shop plan if you have a storefront or tables that customers pass, because only it opens a shop page with a catalogue, reviews and opening hours, and only it works with the smart sticker. The individual plan is built for one person introducing themselves: a job title, contact methods and a links page — not for a place that shows products and prices and receives visitors. The practical rule: if what you want to present is "me", take the individual plan; if it is "my place and what I sell", take the shop plan.
My company has only five employees — do I need the company plan?
You need it if you want the cards to belong to the company rather than to the people. Five separate individual cards give you five designs and five accounts you do not own, and when someone leaves, their card keeps carrying your company name. The company plan makes the visual identity uniform and system-enforced, and puts control in your hands: a central edit that reaches everyone, an instant shut-off for anyone who leaves, and leads stored in the company system. If you are five independent colleagues rather than one company, individual plans are cheaper and make more sense.
Is the smart sticker included in the subscription?
No. The sticker is a physical product sold separately at 65 SAR, once, because it is printed, shipped and stuck on. The subscription is what makes it work: the two shop plans, Basic and Pro, are what open the shop page the sticker leads to. The sticker itself is never re-bought or reprinted when something changes — the code on it is fixed, and what it opens is changed from the dashboard whenever you like.
Can I move between plans later?
Yes. An upgrade applies immediately and unlocks the new plan’s features at that moment, and removes the "by AurCard" badge if you were on the free plan. Nothing is lost in the move: your page, your data and your link stay as they are, and what changes is what you are allowed to add. To grow a company plan without changing it entirely, there are add-ons bought separately — an extra member, branch, department, or storage.
