How to link your company WhatsApp number to AurCard and send a first campaign safely
Step by step: link the number with one scan, choose who receives, write the message, and what protects your number from a ban.

Your customer knows your company number and has it saved; a message from a stranger's number is deleted unread. That is why AurCard sends from your own number — and this guide walks you from the link to the first report.
1 — Link the number (one minute)
From the company dashboard open Numbers → Settings → WhatsApp from your number. A code appears on screen. On your phone: WhatsApp → menu → Linked devices → link a device, and point the camera at the code. It is the same link you know from WhatsApp Web: your phone stays the primary account and the dashboard is a linked device. No WhatsApp Business account and no approved templates are needed.
2 — Make sure you have someone to message
A campaign goes only to people who agreed. Consent arrives three ways: a "yes" reply on WhatsApp, the consent box on the "share your details" sheet on your page, or a manual record from the directory for someone who told you yes in person (stored with your name and the time). Open the Directory and filter by "consented" to see the real number before you write a word.
3 — Write the message the way you would to one customer
From Campaigns → New campaign: pick the group, write the text. Do not open with "Dear customer"; open with what matters to them: "Weekend offer: …". If you write in two languages, each customer gets the one recorded for them in the directory. The line "reply STOP to opt out" is added automatically — keep it; it is what lets someone who does not want your messages leave politely instead of reporting you.
4 — Send, or schedule
Now, or at a time you set. The campaign goes out one by one with random gaps, never at night, under a daily cap that starts small and grows with the number's age. If your phone drops offline, it waits and resumes where it stopped.
What protects your number?
WhatsApp restricts any number that sends unwanted messages — from any tool. AurCard lowers that risk four ways: nothing sent without consent, daily caps and gaps, nothing in quiet hours, and an automatic pause if the block rate rises. Responsibility for the content and the numbers stays with the company; the controls make it an easy responsibility.
After sending: read the numbers
On the campaign page: sent, delivered, read, replied, opted out. Every reply shows in the Inbox under the sender's name, and "replied yes" becomes a ready group for your next campaign. If the opt-out rate is higher than usual, the problem is the offer or the timing — not the tool.
