Whoever writes after closing finds an answer — not silence
A welcome in your company’s name, your hours and when you are back, a menu of what the customer needs, and a handoff to an employee when they ask for a person. You write the words; it never sleeps.
Most messages arrive in the evening, when nobody is on the number. The customer who asks “when do you open?” and hears nothing until morning has usually asked someone else the same night. The auto-reply answers in the moment: “Thanks for reaching out — we are open 9 to 5 and back Sunday at 9” — with your hours, computed in your time zone with your holidays. It offers a menu: opening hours, location, contact details, services, products, or “I need help” — sends what they asked for from your page, and when they ask for a person it goes quiet and hands the conversation to an employee you chose. And it never speaks over an employee already talking to that customer.
How it works
- 1
Choose when it replies
Outside working hours only — the recommended setting — or on every message. One switch to turn it on and off.
- 2
Edit the words or keep them
The welcome, the after-hours reply, the handoff message, and every menu option — all ready in professional wording, editable as you like. An on-screen preview shows the message exactly as it will arrive.
- 3
Pick who gets the help requests
One or more employees by name. When the customer presses “I need help”, the conversation opens with them, with an alert, and the auto-reply goes quiet on that number until a person replies.
Why it matters
It says when you are back, not “we will reply later”
It reads your hours and holidays from your page: “back Sunday at 9” on a Thursday night, “in two hours” before opening. Ramadan and Eid are set once on the hours page.
It knows when to be quiet
An employee replied to this customer within the last hour? Quiet. The customer wrote STOP? Quiet forever. They asked for help? Quiet until a person replies. Rapid-fire messages? It stops itself — no loop, no nuisance that could threaten your number.
It answers from your page, not from imagination
The location is a maps link from your pin, the services from your list, the phone and e-mail from your details. What is not on your page, it does not say.
It greets the customer by name
Someone who left their name when scanning your code is greeted by name the first time they write — number capture and the auto-reply work together.
Common questions
Is it an AI that invents answers?
No, by design. It replies with your words and your page’s information only, through a numbered menu and keywords. It never promises a customer something you did not write.
Are the messages sent in my name? Who is responsible?
Yes, from your company number and in its name, which is why the responsibility is the company’s — and you accept that on screen before switching it on. We recommend starting with “outside working hours only”, and the quiet rules exist to protect your number.
