Every customer conversation in one company inbox
Whoever writes to the company number appears here with their name and history, gets assigned to an employee, and is answered from the dashboard — and the conversation stays with the company.
When the company number lives on one employee’s phone, all the company’s conversations live in their pocket: nobody else sees them, nobody knows who has not been answered, and the day they leave, the conversations leave too. The inbox puts them back where they belong: every message to the company number appears in the dashboard under the sender’s name from your directory, with everything that came before — messages, campaigns, bookings, consents. The manager sees everything and assigns; the employee sees what was assigned and replies from the same screen; the customer receives the reply from the company number as if from one person.
How it works
- 1
A message arrives
Any customer who writes to the linked company number appears in the inbox at once, with an unread badge and a counter for conversations nobody owns.
- 2
It gets assigned
The manager assigns it with one click, or the auto-reply assigns it automatically when the customer asks for help. The employee hands it back if it is not theirs.
- 3
It is answered from the dashboard
Text, a photo or a file, delivered to the customer from the company number. And everything written stays on record: who replied, when, and with what.
Why it matters
No customer without an owner
A “nobody on it” counter on the home screen tells the manager how many conversations are waiting for someone. Zero is the daily target.
The whole context before you reply
The customer’s name, branch, groups, whether they consented to offers, the last campaign they got, their next booking — all beside the conversation, not in another system.
The employee sees only their own
Reply permission is granted to those who need it, and an employee requests it from inside the dashboard if they lack it. A branch manager sees their branch; the owner sees everything.
The day an employee leaves, the conversations stay
Because they are on the company number and in the company system. They are reassigned to someone else in a minute, and the customer loses none of their history.
Common questions
Can an employee see colleagues’ conversations?
No, unless they hold a manager role. An employee sees the conversations assigned to them and those in their branch, per their permission.
Does WhatsApp keep working on my phone as usual?
Yes. The dashboard is an extra linked device and your phone stays as it is. What is sent from the dashboard shows on your phone too.

Your offers on WhatsApp — from your own company number
No middleman number, no approved template. Link your company number with one scan, message the people who said yes, and replies come back to one inbox.
Whoever writes after closing finds an answer — not silence
A welcome in your company’s name, your hours and when you are back, a menu of what the customer needs, and a handoff to an employee when they ask for a person. You write the words; it never sleeps.
A card for every employee — in the company’s identity, under the company’s control
Logo, colours and details are enforced by the company, an employee’s edits are approved before they go live, and a leaver’s card stops with one click.
