Branches & departments

One company, branches with their own pages, codes and numbers

Every branch gets a page, a pin, hours and a QR code; every department gets its manager and staff. And you know which branch actually brings customers.

A company with branches lives between two bad options: one page stating one address and one set of hours, or separate accounts nobody sees together. AurCard gives you the real structure: company → branches → departments → employees. Each branch with its map pin, hours, phone and its own code, opened from the sticker on its door; each department with a manager who sees only their department. The visitor finds the nearest branch and whether it is open now; the owner sees from one dashboard which branch gets scanned more and brings more numbers. And if the new branch is a different brand, it becomes a subsidiary company under your account, with its own page and team, on one bill.

How it works

  1. 1

Add a branch with one question

Same brand or a different one? Same brand: a name and a Google Maps link, the city read from the pin. Different brand: a subsidiary company, ready at once.

  2. 2

    Edit the branch page directly

A photo, hours and phone of the branch’s own, or inherit everything from the company. Edits happen on the page itself, as you see it.

  3. 3

    Print the branch code

Each branch gets a QR code in the brand colour that opens its own page. The Riyadh sticker opens Riyadh, the Jeddah sticker opens Jeddah — and the numbers are counted per branch.

Why it matters

The branch manager sees their branch

Their directory, conversations, staff, numbers. They see no other branch, and never have to ask the owner about something that is theirs.

“Open now” per branch, in its time zone

A branch’s hours are computed in the time zone derived from its pin, and its holidays close its day. A Dubai branch and a Riyadh branch both tell the truth at once.

Customers by branch

Every number collected carries its branch, so a “Dammam branch customers” group builds itself, and you send Dammam’s offer to Dammam alone.

One bill for the group

Subsidiaries are billed to the parent company, and branches and departments are added as add-ons when you outgrow the plan.

Common questions

What is the difference between a branch and a department?

A branch is a place with a location, hours and a public page customers visit. A department is a unit inside the company or inside a branch — sales, support, maintenance — with a manager and staff, used to organise the team and permissions.

When do I choose “a different brand”?

When the new place has its own name, logo and independent page — a second restaurant with a different concept, say. It becomes a subsidiary under your account, with its own team and directory, and appears on the parent’s page as a related brand.

Departments and branches are included on Business Basic and Business Pro in numbers that grow with the plan, with add-ons beyond. See pricing
