One consistent card for every employee

One identity, clear permissions, branches and departments run from one place.

A company account holds your employees’ cards under one visual identity and organises them into branches and departments. Everyone has a role — owner, admin, manager, member — and a manager sees only the sections assigned to them. When someone leaves, their card is stopped from one place rather than chasing links.

How it works

  1. 1

    Create the company account

Logo, colours and shared details are set once and carry to every card.

  2. 2

    Add sections and branches

Sales, support, the Riyadh branch, the Jeddah branch — each with its page and its manager.

  3. 3

    Invite the staff

Each person fills in their own details inside the approved template, so no card drifts off-brand.

Why it matters

An identity that holds

No more cards in mismatched fonts and colours because each person made their own.

Permissions scoped to the job

A section manager sees no other section — which starts to matter as the team grows.

Instant off-boarding

A departing employee’s card is disabled at once, unlike a paper card that stays in people’s pockets.
