AurCard for associations, organisations and offices
An official page with services, hours and branches, uniform cards for staff, and communication with beneficiaries in their language.
An organisation or association faces a question a shop does not: who represents us, and in what capacity? A staff member’s self-designed card confuses the beneficiary, and a card belonging to someone who has left keeps circulating. AurCard makes the capacity come from the organisation: an official page with services, visiting hours, branches and staff, and a card for every member in the organisation’s identity that stops the day their relationship ends. And a beneficiary who leaves a number is contacted in their language, with consent, from the organisation’s own number.
What it actually solves
Who officially represents the organisation?
A card in the organisation’s identity with an enforced template, and staff details approved before publishing.
Beneficiaries who do not read Arabic
The page and messages are translated automatically and open in the beneficiary’s phone language.
Branches with different visiting hours
Each branch has its page, hours and “open now”, and its code on its door.
How to start
- 1
Write the services and visiting hours
A service, its conditions, what the visitor should bring, and the time. Written once, read in more than one language.
- 2
Add staff with their roles
A branch manager sees their branch, a member sees their card and what they collected. Approval is on by default.
- 3
Link the organisation’s number for communication
Notices and reminders to beneficiaries who agreed, and an auto-reply with hours and location out of office time.

Common questions
Is sensitive beneficiary data stored?
AurCard stores contact, consent and conversation data only, with a record of who added, who messaged and when. Case files stay in your systems.
Is a verification badge shown for the organisation?
Yes, organisations verified by the platform’s administration show a verification badge on their page.
A single-office organisation starts on Business Basic; multiple branches and WhatsApp from the organisation’s number need Business Pro. See pricing
